 Film of the month

Like Marvel Comics' popular series of the same name, Iron Man is the story of a young, wealthy and mysterious inventor named Tony Stark. He owns a company called Stark Enterprises. After suffering a life-threatening accident, Tony builds an armoured suit to protect himself. He then decides to use the suit to fight against evil. He spends his days as a powerful executive, and his nights as 'Iron Man', a half-man, half-machine superhero. However, the stress of Tony's 'double life' starts to take a toll on him, and in the end, he must decide whether he wants to be a man, or a superhero!

 Book of the month
This story takes place in a courtroom. The reader acts as a member of the jury and, in front of a judge, we find out through different witnesses exactly what happened in the case.

In the last few minutes of an important football game, with the scores at 1-1, the goalkeeper fouls a striker in the penalty area. The striker then kicks the goalkeeper in the face, and the goalkeeper becomes permanently blind. The goalkeeper is now suing the striker for twenty million pounds compensation for pain and his lost job. The aim of the court case is to decide whether it was simply an accident and part of the game, or if the striker is responsible for the goalkeeper¡¦s injury. The play ends as the jury leaves the courtroom to decide whether it was deliberate or accidental. The reader must decide the ending for themselves, based on the evidence they have read.
